Eagles ~ Earrings ~ Grilled Cheese

Good 24º morning. Burrrrr........
Everything iced up.
Yesterday was a beautiful day. Lots of sunshine and more predicted for today, before the rain starts again....

The turkeys, some toms, were acting weird. Laying down! They'd peck at the ground, fluff their feathers, and just lay there!

Clouds rolled in last night (8pm) and we had another snuggy fire.

The light down there is in Cindy's greenhouse. No clouds this morning so far.

Yesterday was a 'puttering' day. I cleaned off the front porch, vacuumed, and made earrings. I ordered some beads for Christmas earrings I'm going to make. They will look like this..

I'll make them in white and green. Dinner was reruns. Not much exciting....

We watched the eagles and eaglets yesterday...

So, this morning mom left the nest. Dad must be close by and watching...

I'm sure the babies are apprehensive.

Besides losing my friend, Bill Hardey, my friend Trish lost a friend of hers yesterday, Helen. And PatC's mom passed away. A day of sadness.

It's Tuesday. I hope your day is good.
All I know. Will 'putter' again today and cook something.
Nuff said. Ciao.

There were lots of turkeys laying on the cruise ship deck acting like yours. No feathers, though.

Love to watch Andy Garcia at work. Elegance ready to pounce. Quite entrancing.

I so remember my first polio vaccination! I was so sick, high fever, and my grandmother put me in a very cold bath. My mother and I were visiting Oroville, CA when the movie Rock Around the Clock came out, and my cousin and her girlfriends had to take her 12-year-old cousin. I got sick after drinking sweet tea and threw up on the main street of Oroville! Today is a putter day for me, as well.
