~ Maggie ~ Clouds ~ Football ~ Squirrels

Good 39º morning. Foggy and damp out there.....

After I took Maggs to the vet's yesterday morning, wrote my blog, I cleaned out cupboards in my bathroom. Threw out two trash bags full of stuff and have a stack of towels (nice Martex, but tired of them) and king size sheets and pillowcases for Goodwill. Yeah, room in the cupboards now!

About 3:30 I went to pick up Maggie. She was such a happy camper to see me! I was not a happy camper to see the bill.....  $456.00 !!!  The "day's stay' was $33, the hormone panel (blood tests) $315, and the overnight shipping to Tennessee was $106! Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa..................... Now let's hope I get some answers!

Interesting cloud patterns yesterday morning, but then it just turned gloomy and sprinkled....

Dinner was reruns of fish stew. Tonight I'm going to coat with a breading and fry the other lobster raviolis.

I'll make some sort of lemony dipping sauce
and probably cook some veggies.

One of my all time favorite movie scenes is in the movie Up when the heroes yelll "Squirrel" to get the bad-dude dogs to scramble.

What I LOVE about Diane Lane's look is how effortless and unaffected (by fame and beauty) appearance.

Out to prune roses and chase slugs):- .

Sue,
I could never bring myself to see the Exorcist. I started reading the book and got half way thru the first chapter and it scared me so much I didn't read any more of it. My friend Carol was a huge lover of scary movies but that movie scared her terribly and it affected her for a long time.
Diane Lane was terrific in a movie where she was having an affair with an artist. Her husband found out about it and accidentally killed him. Can't remember the name but she was soooo good in that.
Well I just hope Mag's healthy problem will be solved with all these tests. If so it will be worth it, right? I hear they have dog health insurance now. Bet that's expensive tho.

We have two gray squirrels who wonder by on our pool deck, drink pool water and hang out bit. I will wave to them today and wish them happy squirrel day! LOL
I kept thinking tomorrow was Super Bowl and wondered why everyone was talking about four teams! DUH!! I always look forward to the SB especially because of the commercials!
Afterwards I do believe that's when Bill O'Reilly will interview BO!

Hugs! Trisha

T, you are funny!!! Happy Squirrel Day to your squirrels, mine stop by for snacks every day. If I don't get the corn out there, then they try and open the storage can! Pushy little buggers, but cute! xo
