Good 47º not much smoke morning! Cooler this morning than it has been, and hotter yesterday than it's been. Yesterday it got to 100º.

Tonight at 18 minutes after 8..... 8-18-18  8:18

Yesterday we got some breezes and by 5pm we didn't have much smoke..... blue sky!!! (that is the moon the arrow is pointing at!)

It’s fun.. try it...
This one's a fun keeper.  It plays the song that was
Number One on the day you were born. And, if there
is a video available with the artist, it will play it for you.
This is really a fun site. Enjoy the show.
My song is On The Atchinson, Topeka, and Santa Fe ... by Johnny Mercer and the Pied Pipers.
Jerry's song is Only Forever by Bing Cosby.
Kristen's is To Sir With Love by Lulu.
Brian's is One Bad Apple by The Osmonds.

For dinner I found some stuff in the fridge that needed using... So I cut up some sweet mini peppers, celery, and artichoke bottoms.

I had some Buitoni Cheese & Spinach Tortellini ....

Cento Red Clam sauce....

and Kirkland Chunk Chicken.....
I sauteéd the celery and peppers...

When the tortellini was done cooking I added in that too, artichoke bottoms, and the chicken. All was mixed with the clam sauce and heated.

This is really good!!! I don't recall using the red clam sauce before, only the white.

Ran some errands yesterday... post office, grocery store, and Ace for a new shower head. I had on my "Lawn Enforcement Officer" t-shirt and got some great comments on it. I told Dan at Ace that I had a siren and blinking lights on my riding lawnmower and he said "Yes, that sounds like you!"

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday. Ciao.

We recently bought two new shower heads. Hate them. They are evidently water saver types and the spray is barely enough to rinse my hair after shampooing. :(

That was fun seeing and hearing the songs of the day you were born. I did mine and all my boys. Fun! Mine was Paper Dolls by the Mills Brothers. :) Very pretty.

Wish I could do what you do with your pantry dishes. I know I would really make something awful. :( The shell recipe looks good. John loves shells instead of spaghetti. I don't. I prefer even angel hair because the finer the better for me.

Well, T, we'll see how this new shower head works out. Yes, those songs were fun. You can't make something you wouldn't like if you only stock items in the pantry and fridge that you like. :o) xo
