Good 44º VERY foggy morning. UGH. Yesterday we topped out at 66º late afternoon. It was so comfy then. Nice!

Pasta salad.... OMGOOD!!!

4 cups broccoli florets
1 pint grape tomatoes
1 6oz can ripe pitted olives, drained
salt and pepper to taste
1½ cups Italian Salad dressing or your favorite..... I mix olive oil, some lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
When I have it I also like to add in some diced up avocado.
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Add in broccoli florets the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.
2. Transfer pasta to large bowl, adding in olives and tomatoes and salt and pepper. Drizzle with salad dressing and toss to coat. Refrigerate til serving.

LOL... thanks John:

If people from Poland are called Poles, then why aren't people from Holland called Holes?

Later dinner was the last of the left over roasted veggies heated in the Air Fryer and stuffed sole (Omaha Steaks) cooked in the copper pot with the steamer rack in the oven for 40 minutes.
I put a dollop of Trader Joe's Tartar Sauce with it...  YUMMMMMMM!

This shared by Rod Johnson (LASD ret. former USMC) and this 11 year old will blow your mind. She is amazing... Smart! Frank! Articulate! Wow......

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Tuesday. Ciao.

National Potato Chip Day

Here you go Mr. President... your favorite snack!!!
National Potato Chip Day celebrates the ever popular potato chip. Potato Chips are America's #1 snack food. But, its not just a snack food. Its the potato of choice for many lunchtime and dinner meals. Regular (or plain) potato chips are by far the most popular. Other popular flavors are barbecue, sour cream & onion, oil & vinegar, and ranch.
Did you Know? Potato chips were first made by Chef George Crum in Saratoga Springs, NY on August 24, 1853. Americans have been in love with them ever since.
Make your own potato chips! Its easy to do. The kids will love it, and so will you. Find out how.

Celebrating National Potato Chip Day is easy.... eat potato chips during meals and snacks.

mmmm You can keep the sweets as my downfall are potato chips! Can't get enough of them! Faves are Jalapeno Kettle. :)

I posted the video yesterday of that adorable 11 year old at the CPAC Convention. What a great kid! So smart! First female president! :)

I love love that pasta salad. I buy the multi colored rotini pasta and add some hard salami pieces and mozzarella cheese too. It's a great salad to travel to a party.
