Moon ~ Rain/Clouds ~ Bruiser/Dude ~ Turkey ~ No Standards Cops ~ Temple Girls ~ George Collins ~ Monday Night Football ~ Violin Day

Good 35º dark foggy morning.
Yesterday it stayed pretty cloudy, after a good 1/10" of rain first thing, then sorta some sun came out... and hid again...

While I was taking pictures, Dude was on watch......

Bruiser showed up, and I love the way his big old feet look when he's walking.....

And Mr. Jake turkey was preening and looked at me like "stop watching" !

Yesterday I got a funny about female cops from Gar Austin (LASD ret) and had a lot of pictures. Most of them looking really good, except for these two Chicago cops...

Obviously NO STANDARDS!! OINK OINK.... that is horrible to be in uniform looking like that. And to top it off, chewing on a big old turkey leg!!!

Here is one of some of our females.... from a few years ago:
l-r, Audry Black, Jeannette Cleaves, Carole Freeman, Jan Thompson, and Patty Fant, working Temple Station.

Yesterday I forgot it was pal, George Collins (LASD ret) birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGE a day late!!! xooxoxoxo

December 13th
National Violin Day

Pick up your stratovarius, and let's play make some sweet music together. The violin is a classy musical instrument.
Those who play this instrument, can create some awesome music. If you are a violinist, we salute you.
On this special day, you should:
Pick up the violin and play a few songs
Take steps to start playing the violin
Attend a symphonic orchestra event, or a violin concerto

My Scottish grandmother Isabell, played the violin. I took lessons, but didn't have the talent!
