Moon Info ~ Toys For Tots ~ Chat With Old Marine ~ Trump Flight ~ Prowling Bruiser

Good 40º foggy morning. What else is new!

Warmed up a whole degree warmer than Thursday, all the way to 44º yesterday! A few raindrops about 2pm. Six of them I think, or was it 5?
Yesterday I put on my Marines sweatshirt and went to Wally World. I spent $109.00 and got a 12 plush and stuffed animals, including a few that have a blankets, including Chewbacca (that Brian wanted to keep!!!) and took them to the Toys For Tots barrel in Brian's office.....

They are all so cute and soft and snuggy!

When I was heading into Rogue River, there was a red pickup in front of me with a USMC licence plate and Trump and Greg Walden bumper stickers. He pulled into the pizza place so I followed him. When he got out I told him I wanted to give him a thumbs up for his license plate, the USMC hat he was wearing, and his bumper stickers. We shook hands. He was pleased and saw my shirt and asked if I was a Marine. I said, "Close, but no. I married one and gave birth to one". He laughed and said, "You know the wife of a Marine is the Sgt. Major of the house!"

Then home. Picked up Dude (because he really wanted a ride!) and went to the post office to get a package and the bank to deposit checks.

In the afternoon I looked out and there was Bruiser... on the prowl for something! Can you see him?

Fortunately he came running when he heard me go outside and take pictures and didn't bring me any "treats" !

Later dinner was another of the rotisserie chicken wraps. Yummmmmm.....

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday. Ciao.

National Roof Over Your Head Day

Today is National Roof Over Your Head Day! Buying a house is often the single largest investment a person will make in his or her lifetime.
Did you know that the home ownership rate in the United States is around 64% of the population? Studies have shown that homeowners are more active in their communities, have improved education opportunities, and report higher levels of self-esteem and happiness.
Regardless of whether you rent or own, today is an opportunity to take a moment to appreciate the roof over your head!

His dad took Matthew a couple of weeks ago and bought toys for Toys For Tots. Then Grandpa took him to the Auto Club where he put them in the barrel. It's so great how much joy our kids and now Matthew gets from giving at Christmas time.

I posted that video of the Trump plane taking celebrities to Canada yesterday. lol I saw John watching it on his page so I asked him to send it to me. Funny!

I hope that Patricia K dies in prison. After what she did she should have gotten the death penalty!!

On that note, have a great day! :)
