Good 41º drizzling morning.
Looks like even California will be getting some
wet stuff today!
The snow yesterday was on the ground til about
afternoon. It started sprinkling and most disappeared. The snow did slide off
the roof... we ended up getting another 1" of rain!
Today's football:

Thanks Ellen (Naugle) for sharing!!! Sooooo

Breakfast yesterday was a couple eggs cooked in
my
Egg-Tastic with some of that
creamy mayonnaisey/mustardy dressing I made for the broccoli slaw stirred in....
First I put some water in a bowl, added in the broccoli/snap peas, carrots and
heated covered with a paper towel on high in the microwave for 3 minutes. Then
into the microwave went the eggs. I added mozzarella cheese to both veggies and
eggs after cooking and a drizzle of that dressing. OMGOOOOOOD!!

Yesterday was my back therapy with Stacy.
She's really made an improvement with the pain! Then a quick stop at the market.
Later it was phone conversations with pals, a
wrap for dinner, chair, wine, and TV.
The wraps I bought yesterday are a whole lot
better for you than the regular ones. These are only 100 calories. The regular
wraps are 250 calories! Yes!! So I made a very simple wrap.....
I put on some shredded mozzarella cheese, some of
the broccoli slaw (from my blog on January 14th), and some canned salmon.
Nothing fancy, just GOOD!!!!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Saturday.
Ciao.

Nothing Day
Today is
quite simply.... a day for nothing.
This day is an
"un-event". The expectation is that we do not create or otherwise promote this
day. In other words, we do nothing. And, to say anything more would contradict
the purpose of this day.
Celebrate this day by doing....nothing. Of course, that assumes that doing nothing is okay with your boss.

Or.... you
could go to Nothing! Nothing Arizona!!! Really.

Now I'm perplexed. Do Nothing Day... Do we celebrate those who do nothing? Or encourage those we wish didn't do what they do?
Don't be technical, L. Just do nothing! xo
Sue, our rain started last evening and hasn't stopped !! Laura
