Good 42º super foggy dark and gloomy morning! If
you aren't under any clouds, look for the full moon after 5pm tonight. Raining
again right now.
Rain started yesterday after a brief few minutes
of sunshine, about 11:45. We got 1/4" by the end of the day.
This is what I will be watching today ... chair,
wine, and my Pats! You will probably be able to hear me yelling and
screaming!!!
Later:
This is the latest Tap Rock post... their 'smoky
bacon bloody'... I want one while I watch the game!!! Going there to get one
soon!
Yesterday I heard the geese. They had landed on
the barn roof. They come back every year at this time prior to nesting... I call
to them "Hi goosey goose" and then come down and have some corn.
While I was outside taking pictures, Bruiser was
next to a bird feeder and hoping a bird would fall into his mouth!
Then he came in and napped on my
computer!
This is so cute and hilarious.... these 3 dogs
keep going into this store and keep getting chased out. They want some Doritos!
See what happens ...... still laughing here!

................this is funny, his name and profession. He was
destined to race. Just like one of the doctors in the Cardiology unit is
named Dr.
Lightheart.... destiny in a name. And my son, with the name Pendleton was destined to be a Marine! This is fun....
let's see ... who else.... Linda Toot played the flute in the Milwaukee
Symphony! Mr.
Sues is an attorney. Dr. Fingers is a gynecologist. Dr. Dick Bone (WHAT were his parents thinking????????) is
a osteopath. Dr. I.
Doctor is an ophthalmologist.
In El Monte there is a dentist Dr. Ow. Roland Cruz in an auto
mechanic!
Sami face-timed me. She has stickers on her
face!! Silly girl..
For some unknown reason there was water on my
back porch yesterday. I had been washing clothes and a leak came from somewhere.
It wasn't that bad, but it was a chore to clean up. Now I have to figure out
what happened. Joy.
Watched the news and made myself an hot toddy.
E-pal Maryann said she had made one after I had posted Hot Toddy Day on my blog,
and is probably now addicted to them. With the weather she is having, back in
Maryland (55 mph winds!) it hit the spot! 2 oz whiskey, 2 t. honey, 6oz boiling
water, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice... Perfect~! I had two.
And speaking of weather, my friend Brooklyn Vivia said they got 2 1/2 feet of snow where she is.
Dinner was the last of the turkey soup. Chair,
wine, Blue Bloods.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday.
Ciao.

I am still laughing out LOUD at the Doritos commercial! What a HOOT!! Cute cute!
Years ago our doctor was Dr. Toe. He wasn't a foot doctor but I thought it was funny.
Love the sound of the hot toddy. I hear it's good for when you have a cold. I will have to try it soon.
Happy game watching! Fingers crossed for the Pats!
XO Trisha
Those dogs,T, like the bear commercial, not what you expect!!! Dr. Toe should have been a foot doc!! Thanks re my Pats! xo
Marrying into the Plunk family, I thought some of the athleticism would rub off on me. But I should've recognized the name fore-told a habit of going plunk, face down.
Happy football watching!
Maybe I'll make some peanut butter cookies today. I'm going to hang here in case the flock of robins reappears noonish. Yesterday, I just stared in awe.
The honkers have begun flying over. So far, not in groups enough to form a v- just a line. But fun, nonetheless.
It looks like Sami is going to need lessons on depilatories):-
LOL re Sami, L!!! I get the robins here a lot. Cold and gloomy as it is, I will be having a hot toddy watching football today!! xoxo
