MRI ~ Dee ~ Your Roots ~ Veggie/Crab/Noodle Stirfry ~ Baked Alaska

Happy

Good 32º foggy morning. Sigh.................

Yesterday was a trip to Medford for an MRI of my cervical spine.

The neurology nurse called and said they found "multi levels of degenerative changes" ... in other words "arthritis". No Stenosis. My neck is always sorta stiff and I get a dizziness but it stops when I bend my neck hard backwards or to the side. Weird. Nobody can figure this out. Again, sigh.....

After the trip to the med center I drove to Grants Pass and took some flowers to Dee.

She wasn't in her bed, had surgery yesterday morning, so I left the flowers with the desk person. I hope she is doing ok. Dale said her surgery was more extensive than originally thought. She will need some rest up time. Guess you will be the nurse now Dale!

Here is something interesting Cyndi Moreno (wife of the infamous LASD ret Pete) posted on her FB page....

and... here all this time I thought I was Scotch/Irish... apparently I'm Greek!

Made a great stirfry to clean out the fridge. Some fake crab, fake lobster (they both taste the same!!), veggies (squash and green beans), Yakisoba noodles .... sauteing them in garlic infused oil...
I heated and separated the noodles, added in some orange sauce, and some cheese.
OMGOOOOOOOOD!!!!!

mmmmm Baked Alaska! On Carnival Cruises we have that on the Friday night farewell gala after having surf and turf. mmmmm

Your dinner made my mouth water here so early in the morning!

After the toes pics you should have said "OK how many of you had to take off your shoes and socks to look"! Yes I did! I knew my second toe was long but realized so is the third one so I come close to the Greek one too even tho I am mostly Irish! :)

XOXO Trisha
