Browned Beef & Eggs ~ Debbie ~ Movie ~ Mice Screw In A Lightbulb? ~ Hot Car ~ Mini Ravioli/Veg/Bacon Alfredo

Good 43º (burrrrr) cloudy morning. 60% chance rain today, 70% chance tonight.

Satellite looks ominous.....

Breakfast.... ground beef browned with lots of seasonings, eggs scrambled in, grated cheese...... GOOD!!!

Yesterday morning the sounds came from the forest. The Department of Forestry are cleaning up a part of the BLM behind my property. All you could hear were chain saws. Glad my neighbor called me and warned me about it, or I would have been awfully worried. I hear them back again today.

Wanted to weed whack and/or mow yesterday but rain threatened... and it drizzled on and off all day... and the temp never got over 54º! Burrrr.....

Today is "Dazzlin' Debbie's" birthday. Hey Deb, you're catching up! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!

I forgot to mention yesterday that Tuesday evening I watched a movie, Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts in Larry Crowne, 2011. Such a huge disappointment. Slow moving. Slight romance. He loses his job, decides to go to college, she's a professor (lame one) and her husband proves to be a loser, she and Hanks hook up. I even, fortunately I had recorded it, fast-forwarded through some. Don't waste your time.

And just exactly .....

Historically this date...
1934 – American bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde are ambushed by police and killed in Black Lake, Louisiana.

1939 – The U.S. Navy submarine USS Squalus sinks off the coast of New Hampshire during a test dive, causing the death of 24 sailors and two civilian technicians. The remaining 32 sailors and one civilian naval architect are rescued the following day.

2010Jamaican police begin a manhunt for drug lord Christopher "Dudus" Coke, after the United States requested his extradition, leading to three days of violence during which at least 73 bystanders are killed.

And births this date include...
1883Douglas Fairbanks, American actor (d. 1939)

1912 – John Payne, American actor (d. 1989)

1931Barbara Barrie, American actress

1933Joan Collins, English actress
    ... still hot!

1958 – Drew Carey, American actor and comedian

I posted this on my FB page, but for those of you who don't have FB, this is important.... not only for dogs, but children, and ice cream!
Photo
Awwww..... he looks like my granddog Atlas!

Dinner.... cooked chopped bacon (jalapeño bacon!), mini ravioli, olives, artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, leeks, Alfredo sauce, grated cheese, Ricotta....

Heat everything all up and serve it on a bed of iceberg lettuce! Spectacular!

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Thursday. Ciao.

wow, you were in the mood to be creative with dinner last night. Looks really great, and you could have wrapped your breakfast in a tortilla for an "on the go" sort of morning. Yummy yummy.
Hard to get some people to realize the danger of leaving your dog in the car on a 74 degree day. HmmmmmmmmmThey do love to ride in the car though!
Off to start some cleaning, need to pick up before my afternoon guest arrives. Have a wonderful day! xo

Breakfast on the go. No thanks. Like just sittin' here eating at my desk reading emails! Would be good in a tortilla though!
Afternoon guest? Hmmm.......xo

Any breakfast "on the go" for is a breakfast granola type bar. Anything else is too messy.

You definitely have my mouth watering with both breakfast and dinner but the dinner one has me getting really hungry! I don't normally eat breakfast so maybe I shouldn't read your blog until the afternoon? lol
I cracked up at the mice in the light bulb! Too funny!

The only breakfast on the go I like is to 'go' somewhere for breakfast! Thank T. Loved the mice too. xo
