Jell-O Pudding Pie ~ Self Interview ~ Macaroni Day

Good 54º clear and sunny morning. Hit 91º yesterday.

When I was at the beauty shop yesterday we were talking about food, natch. Ruchelle told us about a pie her mom used to make that Ruchelle makes today. Get a ready-made graham cracker crust, instant Jell-O pudding large size (she uses chocolate but sounds like any flavor would work), 1 cup milk, 2 cups vanilla ice cream, and Cool Whip. Make the pudding with the milk and ice cream. Pour into pie crust, refrigerate, top with Cool Whip. I think butterscotch or banana, coconut cream, lemon, or pistachio would be good too! Mmmmm......
For other Jell-O recipes, check here....

Now, this is funny and interesting. They guy was/is talented. He was 12 and made a video and when he was 32 he used the video to interview himself from 20 years earlier. Enjoy!
