RR Fire - out! ~ Creamy Coleslaw ~ Smilebox

Good 51º morning.

The latest on the fire is that it's 100% contained. Yeah! Only structures burned were out buildings. No injuries sustained. And the latest from those in the know is that the fires were started along the I-5 by some vehicle sparking....
Doesn't make sense to me, as I'm sure someone on the road would have witnessed that, but it was on the news.

Here is a synopsis of the fire on day two..

And then here is the Channel 12's report..

Channel 10's report with about 41 photos...

.... but my favorite, Channel 5 KOBI shows a live report from last night's 11 o'clock news .... great fire shots and good info.
Click on the video on the top left.

Thursday, when the Rogue River fire started, I was at the Josephine County Fair. Went there to specifically see my granddaughter Sami perform with her tumbling group. I made a Smilebox with the pictures from that event, the fair in general, and great shots of a bald eagle from Wildlife Images (animal rescue).

Sue,
I had a little portable like yours too only a different brand. What fun when we could carry our music around with us. lol
Loved the Smilebox. Those five little blonds looked like they could have been quintuplets, didn't they?
Did you know that Don King was a big GW Bush supporter? Don't know what party he was with but he is very pro-American and a patriot.
As for Ron P, he makes me tired! Wish he would just drop out! He's weird and has such a crazy foreign policy stand! Isolationist for sure!

Loved seeing Brian's pic on the billboard! I'll bet that was a pleasant shock for you!
Thank goodness the fire is out!

Hugs, Trisha
