Yesterday I woke up at 5am. UGH. I couldn't go back to sleep so go up. It
really is a downer to get up before it's light outside. Thank goodness for hot
coffee!!!
Fortunately we had a bit of sun yesterday, and some blue sky! ...
By 4:17 (LOL) there was snow on the top of my mountain....

Dinner was an Omaha steak, drizzled with olive oil and garlic salt and
cooked in the Air Fryer 17 minutes. The last 8 minutes I added in some peeled
and also drizzled with olive oil and garlic salt... cut up yam. Topped with
grated Parmesan cheese....
