Foggy Voting Day

Good very foggy morning. Not much going on. Computer is with Turk and am using this ancient laptop that won't even show me current new mail. So............. just kicking back.

I posted on my FB page about a new way of cooking eggs. Instead of hard boiling them in water, put them in a muffin tin. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Then immediately submerge them in a bowl of ice water for another 30 minutes. To simply peel, put 1-3 eggs in a quart jar with a lid and shake HARD until the shell falls off. Easy peasy.

Easy peel:

I looked outside and there were 15 Canadian Geese sitting atop my barn.

Have a good day.

Sue, I tried putting a hard boiled egg in a jar and shook it and the whole egg came apart and was a mess. Disappointing. Wonder what keeps the eggs from exploding in the oven??

I feel for you without your desk top computer. When ours was down a little over a year ago John felt sorry for me and went out and bought me a wazzo laptop. Have only used it once. :)

Geese on a barn are a good omen. Yes - I made that up.
