Good 47º cloudy damp morning. Got some rain, about 1/10".

Throw Back Thursday: my cowboy 1989!
18 years to the day after this photo was taken, he passed away.  :o(

So, to add to my shirt collection I ordered this one yesterday!

Some more things to ponder, from Gator...
Why does a round pizza come in a square box?

What disease did cured ham actually have?

How is it that we put man on the moon before we figured out it would be a good idea to put wheels on luggage?

It was sooooooooo beautiful yesterday with all the clouds...

Mike came over to mow the rest of the grasses and weed-eat.

I went to Taqueria de Guacamaya

and got a gift card for Julie for her birthday so she and Mark could go have a margarita at their favorite Mexican restaurant to help celebrate her birthday. Maria, the waitress was with customers and a man I have never seen before was putting some dish together behind the counter. He said, "Hola". I answered back, "¿Cómo estás?" He smiled and said he doesn't speak Spanish, I'm French." I laughed and said, "Aors, vous parlez francais?" He laughed and said, "OH SHOOT, you got me! I don't speak French!" I asked him if he wanted to try German next. He laughed, "No, I am Mexican and I speak Spanish!" .......

I'm old, right?, but don't F**K with me!!!!! LOL

After getting the gift certificate I took the card and gift to Julie at Ace. They celebrated her birthday later and Dan sent me this photo...

A special anniversary today... Sally & Jim Harper...

Later when Mike finished mowing, weed-eating, trimming a tree
,
and fixing the bridge out back and the gate out front he came in and we chatted and had a cocktail. About 10 minutes after he left it started raining! Yes!!!

Good morning. I made the pistachio muffins yesterday- adding in a cup of fresh blueberries. They were a hit with my husband- thank you for the recipe.

When you speak to your husband's spirit- tell that cowboy I say hello.

Oh what a perfect tee shirt for you! That is a hoot! Did you find it on a Patriots site?

It occurred to me looking at the photo of Geronimo with that face he would scare his enemies to death without ever having to shoot an arrow or fire a gun! :)

Your cowboy was fine looking in that outfit.

I got my shirt off of a site on FB called Fun Sports Gear, but I can't figure out how to get into their site. That shirt was shown and I clicked on it.

Yes Geronimo was scary looking! And being a Texas boy, my Darling loved being a cowboy! xoxo
