Good 38º high foggy morning.
Yesterday was Tucker's little league game. I took a picture of Sami and
then she wanted to use my camera. She took a gazillion photos, but I only put 13
of them on the Smilebox. Tucker's team, the Orioles, won. Great game!!!

Here's a question for you... my home address was Los Angeles 32,
California. That was a postal code an basically only used for large cities. When
was the zip code first in place? **
My email pal Gator down in Florida sent me this picture and asked if this
was my car. LOL

May Day
May Day, the first of May is celebrated around the world. It has a number
of meanings. In many other countries it is a celebration of spring and the
coming of summer. It is celebrated with many spring flowers, many of them
blooming right in your own backyard. To communist and socialist countries, it is
a celebration for the workers.
In many countries it is celebrated as part of a one to three day holiday.
Of particular note, it is not a national holiday in the United States, except in
Hawaii where it is known as "Lei
Day".

Happy May Day. Faded childhood memories of it are full of crepe paper streamers and flowers. It was a frolikcing celebration deserving resurrection here.

I remember in the third grade in Arkansas making a May Day Basket. It had candy in it. On my way to leave it on the door step of a neighbor I ate most of the candy! :)
