Good 45º cloudy morning... 50% chance of showers today. I took this
yesterday morning...
Dude on the lookout.... probably heard sounds coming from neighbor's
house... He has great hearing and a car or truck (UPS) that pulls off the main road onto ours (3/10ths of a mile away) he can hear it!
Breakfast yesterday... 2 eggs in Egg-Tastic, 1 mozzarella stick cut into
pieces, 2 stalks celery, spoonful of mayonnaise, mixed well .... cook 1 minute,
stir, cook 1½ minutes, let sit 1 minute.
and tomatoes of course!
Sooooooooooo good. I love the softness of the egg and cheese and the crunch
of the celery!

She likes to
be called "Babs" and with BO we could title that one BabBo!! LOL (His arrogant
looks make me ......... (puke)
She and her husband, James Brolin, had a place on Catalina Island in Avalon, don't know if
they still do, but he was well liked. Babs was not. She was a stuck up, holier
than thou, beeeotch!
We had some wind and then about 4pm we had 20 minutes of
intense rain... a 15 second video. Hard to see the rain, but you can hear it. We
got 1/5" in that downpour.
I had recorded the 6 o'clock news and then watched it about
8:30. They put the picture I sent them on the news!!!! I was sooooo
excited.
Feeling a lot better today. Took Zycam and it got rid of the sneezing and
runny nose. Just took it easy all day. Now to get 'somethings' done today!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Sunday. Ciao.

National Pig In A Blanket Day .... LOL!
Pig in a Blanket Day is a day to eat a sausage wrapped in a pancake. Why?
Because that's what "Pig in a Blanket" is.
Somebody, somewhere decided that this was a very special treat to them. So,
they created a special day to celebrate this culinary delight. Aren't you glad
that they did?
How does one go about celebrating Pig in a Blanket Day? Cook up some
sausage. Make some pancakes. Wrap the sausage inside of the pancake. Add maple
syrup. Then, chow down.
Or use Crescent Rolls:

Good Sabbath morning to you.
I so agree with you, different textures served together adds interest to meals.
Pigs in a blanket sounds like fun. The world needs more beauty and lightness. At least, mine does.
