Exciting day yesterday.. laundry, vacuuming, mopping. Trouble with winter and rain, it muddies up the dog and cat feet and they track it in!

I had ordered Valentine's Day "goodies" from Popcorn Factory for Brian and family and Kristen and family. I ordered a small one for me too! OINK. Only, the FedEx guy couldn't get the gate open. Duh. Anyway, got a call from neighbor Gerard and he said he was down close to my gate and told the delivery guy he'd make sure I got the package. (Strange he would just hand it to him, not even knowing who Gerard was!) Anyway yesterday morning Maria, Gerard's wife, brought the package.

Candies, cookies, and popcorn flavors... They use non-GMO kernels and they are whole grain corn grown in the Midwest. They use real butter, real cheese and real caramel. They have been doing this for over 35 years. Check their site out...    www.popcornfactory.com  OMGOSH, and are those cookies GOOD!!!!

Dude greeted Maria and then she left, heading back for her walk...

Bruiser sat on the hippo watching her....

Dinner was chair, wine, and leftover pizza! Then it was Chicago PD and Chicago Med. A couple phone conversations with pals and nighty night! We'll see what excitement today brings. Have a good one!

All I know. Nuff said. Happy TBT. Ciao.

Cute cute photo of baby Sue on daddy's bbq. I would have known you anywhere. :)

Beautiful and thoughtful gifts for the kids. They will love them!

Day before yesterday FedX dropped a pkg at our house. I picked up, waved to the driver then as he drove away I looked at the box and it wasn't for us. It was for someone else on our street. I thought about taking it to them (don't know them) but there was a sticker that said it was glass. Didn't want to be responsible. I had a heck of a time getting to the right FedX people. The guy wanted the code # on the pkg. I TOLD him the name and address on it but he said he couldn't DO anything without the code number. Well by that time I was furious and let him know it! I finally got out my magnifying glass read him the code then apologized for being an ass about it! I sounded just like a crotchety old lady! :( I told him I was trying to do the right thing but I could have just kept it or thrown it away! grrrrr

XO Trisha

You are fortunate to have so many childhood pictures. How wonderful you share them with others. I would LOVE to have a picture of my mom before she was in the Navy- but none followed her here from Puerto Rico.

Your blog makes me hungry. Need to do something about that.

You are welcome to share more of your rain.
