Clouds & Sun ~ Computer ~ Loaded Broccoli ~ Shrimp Scampi

Good 50º very cloudy morning.

Yesterday wasn't as warm. By 3pm it was 77º. Beautiful day.

I ordered a new Photoshop from Amazon and could not get it to load. Got so frustrated after the guy at Adobe remotely got in my computer and told me it had trojans and problems. I took it to Turk in the morning. He looked through it thoroughly and said it does not have trojans. He said all the codes on the disc box for Photoshop were wrong. They did not send the correct one. He loaded my old Photoshop and I went on my merry way.

Came home and "ran 5 miles". He enjoyed it. Saw this little lizard enjoying the warm day on the log over the creek by the road...

Dinner was a re-do of the Loaded Cauliflower only I used broccoli! Cook the broccoli in boiling salted water for only about 4-5 minutes. Not the 8 minutes like the cauliflower.
Drain and cool...

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sriracha (only if you like the spice), paprika, pepper, cheese, mushrooms, bacon, and I added in some baby spinach.

Add in the broccoli and mix well. Put into 13x9 pan.... top with more cheese and bacon crumbles...

Bake 425º for 25 minutes...

DANG this was GOOD!!!!

Ok, to make it a "one pot meal" add in some cooked chopped chicken, or fish (halibut or shrimp or tuna...) or cooked ground hamburger (turkey or chicken), or canned chicken (Costco). Also you could add in some chopped green chilies. Whatever flips your skirt. Use your imagination and experiment.
Later I got the return mailing label from Amazon to return the Photoshop program.
All I know. Nuff said. Happy Hump Day. Ciao.
