Fog Cam ~ Tom Corso's Birthday ~ Kate's ~ Jack Maxwell (!) ~ Blueberry Pancakes

 

Good 38º FOGGY morning! Would rather deal with this fog, though, than the storms on the east coast. On the NY news they showed waves going over homes at the shore. YIKES! Once the waves hit the homes the water froze! What a mess! Here is this morning's web cam picture of Grants Pass.... Folks are getting depressed for lack of sunshine.

 

Knowledge is knowing a tomato is a fruit.

 Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad. 

 

 

Yesterday I met up with Bill & Jeannie, Dale & Dee, Tom & Kathy at Kate's Redwood Bar & Grill in Wilderville. It's a rather unique little place in the boonies. The blocked off parking in the front is for motorcycles. Quite a few meet there. Dee and Dale go there often. Friends with the owner. 

We were there to celebrate Tom's birthday (which is today).

Nobody wanted their picture taken! Typical. I got a GREAT one of Dee, but won't embarrass her. She made an awesome cake for Tom (His favorite, she promises the recipe!)

When we were leaving there was this dog.... Dale said he could be vicious. Didn't look it, so I tossed him a Milkbone. He was a happy camper.

I heard of this new show on the travel channel... Jack Maxwell Booze Traveler. Hmmmm.......
