You know anyone like this? I do.
I got the following video from George Bachmeier
(LASD ret) and it is so amazing. I was just in awe at the unbelievable way this
was filmed. It's worth a few minutes of your time to watch... I was concerned, then smiling, then my mouth just hung open!~

making these forever... easy and GOOD!
Marinated Mushrooms
2 parts oil (olive oil or corn oil...whichever
you prefer)
1 part lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
ground pepper
salt
Worchestershire sauce
dried basil
dried oregano
chopped fresh parsley
mushrooms
Mix oil, lemon juice, crushed garlic in
bowl. Add mushrooms. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with
Worchestershire sauce. Add several pinches of basil, oregano, and chopped
parsley. Let marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator. Stir while
marinating.
Serve them as a side with any dinner dish or
lunch sandwich or with eggs for breakfast.
