Good 42º really foggy morning. Rain predicted for tonight and tomorrow. I hope so, at least the Veteran's ceremonies will stay dry today.

So..... Costco had big lobster tails on sale, 2 for $20. That was dinner, along with some of Reser's Mac & Cheese.

With super good shears, cut down the back of a lobster tail, pulling the meat out and set it on top of the shell.

Clarify some butter and brush the tail, sprinkling on some paprika if you desire...or garlic powder...or???
Meanwhile I baked the mac & cheese. Put the lobster tail in a 400º oven for 18 minutes. It was perfect!
OMGAWD!! This was SOOOO GOOD!!!!! Resers mac & cheese is WONDERFUL!
This and a Hallmark movie and I was in heaven!

All I know. Happy Monday. Nuff said. Ciao.
