Good 40º gonna be cloudy the rest of the week
morning.
Overcast and windy most of the day yesterday...but pretty...
and we had about 1/8" of rain...
I was out back and the turkeys all showed up....
The wind came up and blew leaves EVERYWHERE! (hard to catch
them in flight!)
I am extremely sad. A dear friend whom I hadn't seen in a lot of years, Jan
Vargo, her son Richie and my daughter were pals when they were little, passed
away Wednesday. She had battled cancer for a couple of years and I thought she
was doing well. She and Bill, the love of her life, (who passed away a year ago) had moved from So. Cal
to Vancouver Wa. way back when... and Jan and I were talking up getting together
in the near future with our other pal, Roberta.
Jan on her birthday, September 22, 1967.....19 years old, such a great smile!
She suffered through 18 chemo treatments and the last one caused a horrible
reaction..... she was hospitalized ....
She was a brave and valiant fighter... to the end...even a thumbs up for
her son taking the picture!
Love you Jan. You inspired so many. ♥ RIP dear friend.
With that I am going to close. My heart is breaking and can't see to type
through the tears. Back to normal blog tomorrow.

So hard to say goodbye to a dear friend. She was a very pretty lady and has a lovely family. I am so sorry for the loss of her in your lives.
Yes, son was good to take that last photo. She fought hard but now she is with our Lord.
