Flu Shot ~ E-Trade Baby ~ Stir Fry w/ Shrimp & Veggies & Rice

Good 42º morning. Yesterday was beautiful. Sunny and warm. Nice.
Today is a little cloudy....

Ok, today starts the month of radio "10 codes".. today is 10-1 and that means "receiving poorly".

Had doc appointment (routine) and then went to Costco. Got several new things to try... avocado oil for one. And stopped at Cash & Carry for some cinnamon syrup (love it in my coffee) and something new... peanut butter syrup.  I put that with some light creamer in my Harry & David's Moose Munch coffee! OMGOOD!!!!

Do you think you need a flu shot? Read this before you get one...(either click on this link or copy and paste it to your search window)

Do you remember the E-Trade baby.....

..... and today.....   cute kid!!!

Yesterday I started playing with the new camera my Brian got for me... OMG. It is sooooo awesome. So much better than the old one in low light....Here's one of first photos I took..

Dinner last night.... jasmine rice and sticky red rice in the rice cooker.... shrimp sauteéd in olive oil and added cut up veggies (mushrooms, tomatoes, baby squash), seasonings...

Everything in the pan..... mixed mayonnaise with Mandarin Orange Simmer sauce.... and stirred that in...
Then in went the rice...

OUTSTANDING!!!!

Sorry Alex about your Dolphins last night!  :o(   xo

My fave commercials were the E-Trade babies. So adorable and entertaining!

Thanks for the reminder that I need to get my flu shot. I need to check with Kaiser and run over and get one.

Dinner looked amazing!

Hey, don't forget to make some okra patties. Oh they were heavenly!

Congratulations Brian!!

Tammy, would be just as good with like... artichoke/mozzareella sausage! xo

Flu shots... not getting them anymore after all I read. I take Airborn when I go out and wash my hands a lot and use the antibacterial cleaner. "They" are finding the shots affect the brain... and not in a good way. Get more info. xo

LOL Well every year since I can remember I have gotten a flu shot. I haven't gotten the flu but could be that's why I am forgetting things??
lol

State Farm is LUCKY to have Brian.
Can't wait to learn more about your new camera.
Gerry used to be on a lot of flights with McGuire's family to watch his brother and their son play for Oakland.
Our State Farm insurance agent has kept up with his parents. Very good people- but pretty tall if you are in the stadium row behind them):-
