Dumbest Cop ~ Peppers & Eggs ~ Empanadas

Good 37º cloudy morning.

A year ago today it was Easter. Sunny and pretty.

Yesterday......

This year I decided to mail in my taxes and get a check refund...instead of the automatic bank deposit. I like seeing the check in my hand! Anyway, I sent them in March. They were received by the IRS in Fresno on 3-18. It took 3 weeks for the 'Certified Mail' post card to get back to me! Love our postal service!
Got this from Deeewayne Honnee Pberger ... Dumbest cop Johannesburg So. Africa..... I'd vote 'yes'!
Breakfast was almost a repeat of the day before. I sauteéd some sweet peppers with grated/chopped garlic. Then added eggs and cooked. Topped with cheese and fresh chives. OMGOOD!!!!

John Schneider is not good-looking- he's a role model. He knows what he believes- and is kind about it.

Sue -- Before you get too hard on the Post Office, on what date did the IRS put the card "in the mail" to you. USPS isn't perfect, thanks in a great deal to the position Congress puts them in, but I use them extensively for shipments of things I sell on eBay or buy on-line and I can say that their Priority Mail service is cheaper and faster than either UPS or FedEx -- and it is delivered earlier in day, USPS at approx noon and UPS at 4-6 pm.
