Good 28º frozen foggy morning. Yesterday heated to the high 50º's even
thought the sky was clear and sunny.
Today in Canada, it's Family Day. Here in the USofA it's President's Day.
It's the day when President BO walks out of the White House, and if he sees his
shadow, we all have 4 more years of bull sh*t!!!
Ok, so just before my computer went to Turk I made the spaghetti stuffed
sausage. It was interesting to say the least. I got some small short sausages,
stuffed angel hair pasta into each 3-4 strands at a time, cooked them in boiling
salted water, and then added them to some of my marinara sauce. I also served
that with an artichoke boiled with olive oil drizzled down inside the choke,
lemon juice, and sprinkled with garlic powder and sea salt. OMGOOD!!
Even though it was tasty, it was still a lot more work than just cooking
the sausage and spaghetti separately and mixing in with the sauce.
This for the ladies.... ya'll know how EVERYONE loves firemen..... (LOL ..

Thank you for a super start to the day.
Thanks L. Yes, I'm sure short people would appreciate the spaghetti sausage or hot dog much more than adults. xo
