Deer ~ Vultures ~ Willow Flycatcher ~ Trees

Good 47º clear sunny morning. Should hit 84º today and be cloudy, but nothing up there right now. Haircut day....

An elderly couple had dinner at another couple's house, and after eating, the wives left the table and went into the kitchen. The two gentlemen were talking, and one said, "Last night we went out to a new restaurant and it was really great ... I would recommend it very highly." The other man said, "What is the name of the restaurant?" The first man thought and thought and finally said, "What is the name of that flower you give to someone you love? You know ... the one that's red and has thorns." "Do you mean a rose?" "Yes, that's the one", replied the man. He then turned towards the kitchen and yelled, "Rose, what's the name of that restaurant we went to last night?"

Yesterday a visit from some deer, who loved the leaves on the pear tree...

And a couple vultures were doing who-knows-what ....

And just in case you missed 60 Minutes on Sunday night, they did a story about Gary Sinise. I just LOVE this guy! He does so much for our military guys and gals. My friend Ann Ramirez (ret LASD, wife of Gabe) sent this link. Watch this video ... about 15 minutes long... Thanks Ann!!

Love A Tree Day

(That's easy! I LOVE trees! Climbed them when I was little... so did Kristen Brian and Aaron. Love their shade and their symmetry.)
