Good 37º morning. Low clouds. Fog.
We ARE getting a Trader Joe's for sure.... this summer...
This will be across from the Medford Mall at the intersection of Crater Lake Hwy and N. Pacific Hwy (Hwy 99)
And this is weird.... Girl Scout Cookies?????
Actually someone messed with the label, probably PhotoShopped, because it really says on the actual label "cocoa". I was beginning to wonder why they were so addictive! LOL.
Dinner last night was an experiment....
I took Pillsbury refrigerated rolls, cut each in half. Sprayed the muffin tin with Pam. Then placed one half of each roll in the tin, topped with a piece of string cheese, a piece of the artichoke/mozzarella cooked sausage, and a piece of sweet pepper.... topped with other roll half, sprinkled on garlic powder, and topped that with a tomato slice. Baked. Good!!
I'm going to do this again, but have some other ideas ... jalapeño slices, bacon, and more....
