Corn Snow ~ Clouds ~ Clam Chowder

Good 34º corn snowing morning. Starting to stick! Rained all night. Windy too. Got 1/2".

Here is our summit .... and then Klamath Falls....

Bill and Jeannie ... you got out of here at a good time!
Enjoy the weather in So Cal!!!

Last year on this day it snowed.... here is Maggie last year...

Maybe tomorrow I'll have snow pictures. Right now my mountain is getting a dusting... and Maggie is checking out the corn snow that blew onto the porch...

Yesterday it was sunny most of the day until the winds started then the clouds came... here's a couple at almost 2pm and then almost 5pm...

Thirty eight years ago today Jerry took me out on our first date. The reason it was the 25th is because it was pay day for the County! Odd, paydays were on the 10th and 25th for a long time and then changed to the 15th and 30th. Anyway, he wined me and dined me on lobster and hilarious stories. Such funny stories my cheeks hurt from laughing! I was smitten.

Now, this is weird.... when the guy stops running, place the cursor about 1" above his head...

(Received this from both Vince Govanatori and Pat Reardon ... both ret LASD ... Thanks for this)

Thanks Pat Kelly for this!!! :

UNDERSTANDING WOMEN
(A MAN'S PERSPECTIVE)

I know I'm not going to understand women.

I'll never understand how you can take boiling hot wax,
pour it onto your upper thigh, rip the hair out by the root,

and still be afraid of a spider.

In case you are wondering why some of the type is regular and some is small... I have no idea! At times this site has a mind of it's own and won't let me do what I want/need to do! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr............................

All I know. Nuff said. Ciao.

My favorite clam chowder is without the clams):-

The Einstein joke is funny because he's the only mathemetician a modern man on the street would recognize. However- he leaned heavily socialist in his political world view.

The clam chowder recipes made me hungry. I love clam chowder , but have never put carrots & celery in mine. I will try that. It sounds good.
I laughed at the runner catching the arrow. HOW DO THEY DO THAT?
Einstein's comment was wonderful and so true.
Happy anniversary of your first date with Jerry.
It looks like the sun may be coming out but I wish it would rain or snow or do something exciting. Patty
