Later yesterday I made some chicken noodle soup.
3 pounds cut up chicken boneless skinless thighs, 1 carton chicken stock,
4½ cups water, salt, pepper, 16 oz bag peeled mini carrots, 5 stalks celery
chopped, dried garlic, dried red onion, salt, pepper, and dried parsley flakes.
Cut up and sautรฉ the chicken til browned in olive oil.
Add all ingredients, except egg noodles, to pot and either cook in crockpot
on low for 4-5 hours or in a pot on the stove on low-med for about 4 hours. The
egg noodles went into the pot and were submerged and cooked for about 4o
minutes. They were perfect. Soup was WONDERFUL!!!
Football Sunday... yes!
I tried really hard blowing the clouds from up here, south. It worked and
Linda had rain north of Sacramento, Kristen had rain in LA area, and Ed had a
little rain in Murietta!
All I know. Nuff said. Happy
