Later dinner was some corn on the cob and (Omaha Steaks) Cheddar Cheese Bacon Potato Bites... All went into the Air Fryer.... I sprayed the corn with butter spray and drizzled on some olive oil.... olive oil on the potato bites too...

12 minutes at 370º. PERFECT!!!!!

I made a dipping sauce with mayo and Sarayo (sriracha mayo)

September 30, 2016 is

National Hot Mulled Cider Day

Today is National Hot Mulled Cider Day! Hot mulled cider is a delicious drink perfectly suited for crisp September afternoons. Apple cider is produced using a cider press and is a time-honored favorite of the autumn season.

To make mulled cider, slowly add brown sugar to apple cider in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved. Add other ingredients such as nutmeg, allspice, orange juice, and lemon juice, and bring to a boil. Strain out the spices, pour into a mug, and add a cinnamon stick.

Enjoy National Hot Mulled Cider Day as you sip on your homemade brew!

The excitement rose yesterday... laundry and vacuuming. Zowie! Then it was some chicken dumpling soup for dinner, wine, chair, and TV.

My BFF Linda, down in Woodland Ca, sent me this picture of the feral cats she feeds and makes shelter for..  soooo cute! She has names for them all, but I don't remember them.

She and her hubby Andy love animals and at Andy's shop he feeds a bunch of ferals there too. The cats they have in the house were rescue cats.
