Peace Officers Memorial Day ~ Math Magic ~ Kleidescope Pizza w/ Family ~ Coquilles Saint Jacques

Good 41º cloudy morning.  We did get sun yesterday and it warmed up nicely.

Peace Officers Memorial Day

This day was established by President Kennedy in 1962 and was canceled by OVAMIT! It was scrapped so the Black Lives Matter movement wouldn't be offended! WHAT?????? He was a POS in more ways than one!!!!

President Trump just reinstated it! He said,
“Police officers in this country will no longer be treated like criminals. Obama decided your fallen didn’t deserve to be honored. That changes today. Americans will remember those that keep our streets safe big time.”

Thank God we have a President now who cares about this country and not just his pocket, law breaking black people fighting law enforcement , law breaking illegals, or muslims.

Ok, do this. Get out a pencil and paper or your calculator.... this is math magic!!!
1. Pick a number 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
2. Multiply that number by 2
3. Add 5
4. Multiply by 50
5. If you've had a birthday this year already add 1767
.....
If you haven't had a birthday yet add 1766
6. From that total subtract the year of your birth.
7. You should get a 3 figure number. The first number is the one you first chose and the second two are your age!
ZOWIE!~

Later yesterday I met up with Brian, Jen, Tucker, Sami, Jean and two of Jean's friends from high school who are visiting here from Texas, Jim and Gail, at Kleidescope Pizza in Medford. They have the BEST pizza!!!

I got there just before they opened, so there was not anyone there yet....

Here is their menu, will make you drool...
Pictures...
First was a Bloody Mary. Super good!

Brian ordered a Blackened Chicken & Pepperoni Pizza with garlic/olive oil instead of marinara sauce... I had a piece of that...

OMGOSH it was GOOD!!!!! I also had a "breadstick" that was more like a baked pizza crust and drizzled with ranch dressing. AWESOME!
Here is the gang...

L-R: Brian, Sami, Jim, Gail, Jean, Tucker, and Jen.
The kids were busy with games and art work:

Then we went to the Medford Train Park. Pictures of that later.

Mother's Day is always difficult when I think of the super special Mothers in my life who have passed ... my sweet mom was the BEST! My dear grandmother, aka Nanno, was wonderful as was my amazing sister, Marion. Rest in peace ladies. You taught me so much and I love and miss you.

All I know. Nuff said. Happy Monday. Ciao.
